Recent Success Stories:
- Loan Modification: Chase HAMP program. Old payment was $1,285 PITI. New trial payment is $1,009 PITI. The client was twelve months in arrears.
- Charge Card Settlement: Balance was $19,100. Settled for 40 cents on the dollar via a 5 month repayment plan at total of $7,640.00 The lump sum settlement was $5,730.00
- Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure: Client did not qualify for any foreclosure alternatives. Could not short sale the home due to repairs that were needed. The lender executed a Deed in Lieu and waved all its rights to collect any deficiency/judgment on the home. We negotiated with the lender for the client to receive $3,000 "Cash for Keys" for relocation/moving money once the home was inspected and shown to be in "Broom Swept Condition".
